With controlled humidity and temperature in the production hall, our team works under optimal conditions, and with material protected from weather influences. Moreover, work for subsequent trades, such as electrical and plumbing installations, is largely prepared – ensuring an efficient progress on the construction site with savings in time and money.

Depending on the specific requirements of your project, various constructions are possible for interior, exterior and apartment partition walls, stair elements as well as connectors/custom steel. 

CLT BBS flatpack walls are industrially prefabricated solid wood walls with a large selection of standardised wall designs. Single or double-sided, single or double layer, 15 mm or 18 mm planking with drywall, with or without facing shell - you determine the wall structure! Our industrial production system promises high-quality wall elements in combination with sufficient scope for individual planning. Both the width and height of the walls, the positioning and size of openings as well as the position of electrical outlets can be flexibly selected.

Moisture is an inevitable factor during the assembly of mass timber structures, making moisture management a critical aspect that all involved parties must prioritize. To ensure your timber project is assembled securely, dry and efficiently, several important factors must be considered:  

- Consider the capability of the production and site operations whilst doing the structural design and planning works. Easy and repeatable details are leading to cost certainty, efficient production and buildability can be ensured.  

- Moisture will occur during assembly. Therefore, it is important that all involved parties take note of the importance of moisture management. Assembly crews needs to carry out self-checks of the built timber structure itself but also on the provided moisture management details. Of course, this will not replace the normal acceptances. Additionally weekly site surveys regarding moisture management will ensure that issues are detected and solved. Moisture detection systems are widely used nowadays, so any leakages can be detected and repaired.
