The 7 - storey office building situated in Buiksloterham/Amsterdam will be entirely realized in mass timber. binderholz glulam for the column and beam structure and binderholz CLT BBS for the slabs and staircase walls.

The binderholz project team will provide structural calculations, detail drawings and installation plans as well as production and delivery of all solid wood construction elements, including suitable fasteners. Our project services are complemented by the assembly of the solid wood shell by our experienced assembly team.

Start on site is planned for Q3 2026
